Aaghi LMS Join Workshop: Find the Correct Day’s Link

Join Your AIOU Online Workshop

To join your AIOU online workshop, open the official Aaghi LMS page, choose the portal for your semester and programme, and sign in. Open your assigned course and use the workshop link for the correct day. AIOU says each workshop day has a separate link; for example, day three may appear as WORKSHOP03. aaghi.aiou.edu.pk

Before you start, have your LMS credentials, course code and workshop schedule ready. If you do not know your assigned date or course group, use the AIOU workshop schedule guide first.

Join the workshop from your assigned course

  1. Visit Aaghi LMS. Select the portal that matches your semester and study mode. The entry page provides different routes for different programmes and semesters. aaghi.aiou.edu.pk
  2. Sign in using the LMS credentials provided by AIOU.
  3. Open the course for which your online workshop is scheduled. Check its course code so you do not enter a different course by mistake.
  4. Find the workshop activity for the scheduled day. Match the day number to its link, such as WORKSHOP01 for day one or WORKSHOP03 for day three.
  5. Open that day’s link inside your course and follow the joining prompts it presents. AIOU also refers to workshops through Aaghi LMS/MS Teams, so the next screen may involve Microsoft Teams. Follow the route opened by your assigned LMS link. aaghi.aiou.edu.pk

The course layout and your meeting link are visible only after you sign in. An older screenshot may show different buttons, so use the labels and instructions in your own account.

Schedule and joining link: what is the difference?

Your workshop schedule tells you when a course or group is due to meet. The joining link inside the assigned Aaghi course takes you into that day’s online session. AIOU advises students to check their LMS account regularly for workshop schedules and also provides workshop information on its website. aiou.edu.pk

Check both the course and day before opening a link. A saved link from yesterday, another course or another student’s group may lead to the wrong session. If you did not receive a schedule SMS, check Aaghi anyway; AIOU specifically advises students to use their LMS account and official website in that situation. aiou.edu.pk

If you cannot find or open the workshop link

The course is missing: Recheck that you selected the right semester portal. AIOU says courses are added to LMS after admission is confirmed. If your confirmed course still does not appear, use the Aaghi account and login problems guide for the relevant support route. aiou.edu.pk

The course appears, but today’s link does not: Compare your course code, workshop day and group with your assigned schedule. Look within that course for the day-specific workshop activity. If the expected link remains unavailable near your scheduled session, report the course, semester, workshop day and the error shown to the concerned AIOU Regional Campus or through AIOU’s support route. Do not share your password.

The link opens but the session does not: Follow the prompt opened by Aaghi, including a Microsoft Teams prompt if one appears.
