The AIOU Overseas Date Sheet for Spring 2026 has been announced. Allama Iqbal Open University has issued the examination schedule for international students enrolled in Open/Certificate Courses, SSC, HSSC, 14BH, 16BH, 16MT and PGD programs.
According to AIOU’s official notification dated 27 August 2026, Spring 2026 international examinations run from 14 September 2026 to 31 October 2026 and are being conducted online.
Students should use the official AIOU date sheet rather than relying on an older saved schedule because examination dates or instructions may be revised.

Download the Official AIOU International Date Sheet
The safest way to check your paper is through the official AIOU Date Sheet page and its Spring 2026 International Students PDF.
Open the official AIOU Date Sheet page
Open the official Spring 2026 International Date Sheet PDF
The PDF is only one page, but it contains a large number of course codes. Find your program column first, then locate your exact course code.
Which Programs Are Included?
The Spring 2026 international date sheet contains separate columns for:
- SSC
- HSSC
- CERT
- 14BH
- 16BH
- 16MT
- PGD
This is important because the current official international schedule is broader than simply Matric, FA and BA.
For example, the official PDF lists course codes such as 202 under SSC on 14 September, 317 under HSSC on 15 September, and 417 under CERT and 14BH on 16 September 2026.
Always check the correct program column. The same course number can sometimes appear under more than one program category.
How to Find Your Paper Date
The quickest method is to search by course code, not by subject name.
1. Confirm Your Course Code
Check your enrolled subjects in your AIOU student record or other current semester documents.
A course code might look like:
202, 317, 417, 1428, 6400, 8609, ENGL6002 or CS3004.
2. Open the Official Date Sheet
Use AIOU’s current Spring 2026 international students PDF.
3. Search for the Course Code
On a computer, use your browser or PDF reader’s search function.
For example, press:
Ctrl + F
Then type your course code.
On a phone, use the PDF viewer’s Find/Search option.
4. Check the Correct Program Column
Do not stop when you see the course number. Confirm that it is listed under your program category such as SSC, HSSC, 14BH or 16BH.
5. Note the Date and Day
Write down the examination date and check the official source again before your paper in case AIOU publishes a revised notification.
Are AIOU Overseas Exams Online?
Yes. The Spring 2026 notification specifically states that final examinations for the listed international-student programs will be held online according to the published schedule.
This is one of the main differences between this overseas date-sheet page and our general AIOU Date Sheet 2026 coverage for students following Pakistan-based examination arrangements.
Students looking for other programs or Pakistan-based schedules should also check our AIOU Date Sheets section rather than assuming the international timetable applies to them.
AIOU Overseas Exam Timing
The official Spring 2026 international notification prints the examination timing as:
06:00 to 09:00
However, the notification does not clearly label a timezone alongside this timing.
For that reason, students should not automatically convert this into GMT, Pakistan Standard Time or the local time of their country based on information from older articles.
Check your AIOU student account, examination instructions and any communication sent for your online paper to confirm the applicable local timing.
Today’s Position for Spring 2026 Students
As of 23 September 2026, the Spring 2026 international examination period has already started.
The first scheduled papers were held on 14 September 2026, while the final papers shown on the current date sheet are scheduled for 31 October 2026.
For example, the official schedule shows papers on:
- 23 September 2026
- 24 September 2026
- 25 September 2026
- continuing through October
- 31 October 2026 as the final listed date
Sundays appearing in the schedule are marked as Sundays rather than regular examination days.
How to Check Your AIOU Student Record
AIOU provides its Enrollment/CMS system as one of the main student-service links on the official website.
Open the official AIOU Enrollment CMS portal
Use your own student account to confirm information connected with your enrollment and examination record.
If your personal examination information differs from something shown on a third-party website, follow the current information issued through AIOU.
Overseas Date Sheet vs General AIOU Date Sheet
These should not be confused.
The AIOU official Date Sheet page currently lists both:
Spring 2026 general Open/Certificate Courses, SSC, HSSC and other program date sheets
and a separate:
Spring 2026 date sheet for International Students.
If you are studying through AIOU as an overseas/international student, use the International Students schedule.
For Pakistan-based schedules, see our AIOU Date Sheet 2026 guide.
Matric students looking for broader program-specific information can also check the AIOU Matric Date Sheet guide.
FA/HSSC students can use our AIOU FA Date Sheet page for program-specific guidance.
What If My Course Code Is Missing?
First, check these four things:
- Make sure you are viewing the Spring 2026 international date sheet.
- Confirm your exact course code from your enrollment record.
- Check the correct program column.
- Search the PDF for both numeric and letter-based codes where applicable.
If the course is still not shown, do not select another date just because a similar course number appears.
Check your AIOU student account and contact AIOU for clarification.
The official AIOU Date Sheet page lists examination contact information, including exam@aiou.edu.pk, while AIOU also provides its Help Desk for student queries.
Can AIOU Change an Exam Date?
Yes, examination schedules can sometimes be revised or particular papers can be rescheduled.
AIOU has issued rescheduling notifications in other examination sessions when circumstances required changes. For example, an April 2026 notice changed certain Islamabad examination dates while specifically stating that online international examinations would continue according to their notified schedule.
That does not mean the current international schedule has changed. It means students should treat the latest AIOU notification as the controlling source.
Before each paper, recheck:
- the official AIOU Date Sheet page;
- your current examination instructions;
- your student account;
- any new AIOU notification affecting your paper.
Important Note for Overseas Students
Older AIOU overseas articles may contain schedules, exam times or program names from previous semesters.
Do not use an Autumn 2025, Spring 2025 or older overseas date sheet to determine a Spring 2026 examination date.
The current Spring 2026 international date sheet is identified by notification number:
F.1-1/Spring-2026/Conduct/3871
and is dated:
27 August 2026.
