Select your semester and workshop mode
Start with the semester shown in your enrolment record: Spring and Autumn schedules are separate. Then identify whether the relevant workshop is ODL online or face to face. Do not assume the mode from your degree name alone; check the information for your particular programme and course.
AIOU’s Workshop Information page lists Spring 2026 ODL online workshops, Spring 2026 face-to-face workshops, and a Spring 2026 summary for PG, B.Ed, BS and ADC programmes. The page does not display a general Autumn 2026 ODL schedule. An Autumn student should therefore check the applicable Aaghi LMS route and return to the official Workshop Information page for a later posting, without treating a Spring file as an Autumn timetable. Match the public schedule with your own course
AIOU’s Spring 2026 online workshop summary PDF lists course codes, numbers of groups, batch numbers and workshop date ranges. Its dates are for Spring 2026; the June entries are past dates. The PDF also directs students to Aaghi to check their own schedule. It is useful for understanding a published batch plan, but a course code appearing in the PDF does not, by itself, tell you which group was assigned to you. aiou.edu.pk
Use this sequence to avoid following someone else’s workshop:
- Confirm your programme, semester and course code against your enrolment record.
- Open the official schedule for the matching semester and mode.
- Sign in through Aaghi LMS and open the relevant course. If you need help reaching the correct portal, use the Aaghi login guide.
- Compare the workshop details in your account with the public information. Check the course, assigned group or batch, date and mode before planning to attend.
For an applicable Spring 2026 face-to-face workshop, AIOU also provides a confirmation form that asks for your registration number or student ID. Enter those details on the official AIOU page, not in a public comment on this site. online.aiou.edu.pk
If you did not receive a workshop SMS
Check Aaghi LMS without waiting for an SMS. AIOU tells students who have not received a workshop-schedule message to check their LMS account regularly during the study period; it also says schedules are placed on its website. A missing message is therefore not confirmation that you have no workshop. aiou.edu.pk
If you can sign in but the expected course is absent, first compare the semester and course code with your enrolment record. AIOU says courses are added to Aaghi after admission confirmation. For a missing face-to-face Teaching Practice schedule, AIOU advises checking its Workshop Information page and contacting your respective Regional Campus if the information is still unavailable. Give the campus your programme, semester and course code so it can identify the schedule you mean. aiou.edu.pk
Once you have confirmed your date
For an online workshop, enter through the link for the relevant day inside Aaghi LMS. AIOU’s portal guidance says workshop days can have separate links. Use the online workshop joining guide for the joining task, while following the current instructions displayed in your Aaghi course if its screen differs from older guide images. aaghi.aiou.edu.pk
