For an online workshop, start with the official AAGHI LMS portal and select the correct semester, course and workshop. If AIOU has declared your course result, you can also sign in to CMS and open My Results → View Course Detail to inspect its components. AIOU confirms the CMS route in its student FAQ. Your private AAGHI account determines which workshop records are available to you; there is no public lookup on AIOUTutor that can retrieve them. www.aiou.edu.pk
Know which record you need
| What you want to confirm | Where to start |
|---|---|
| Whether an online workshop session was recorded | Your assigned course and workshop area in AAGHI LMS |
| A workshop quiz or assessment mark | The relevant course assessment area in AAGHI LMS; also review CMS course details after the result is declared |
| An assignment mark | The separate AIOU assignment marks guide |
| A component in a declared final result | CMS My Results → View Course Detail |
A workshop schedule tells you when a session was assigned. It does not, by itself, prove attendance. If you need to confirm your course, group or date first, use the workshop schedule guide. If you have yet to enter your assigned online session, follow the joining guide.
How to review online workshop attendance or marks
- Open AAGHI LMS and choose the route for your semester and study mode.
- Sign in with the credentials AIOU issued to you.
- Open the relevant course and identify the assigned workshop by its course code and session date.
- Review any attendance or assessment information available for that workshop. Keep attendance and quiz marks separate when comparing entries.
- If your course result has been declared, open CMS and check My Results → View Course Detail for the component you are concerned about. www.aiou.edu.pk
The labels inside a student’s workshop can differ from what an older screenshot or tutorial shows. If you cannot sign in or the course is missing from your account, use the AAGHI account problems guide before treating the record as an attendance error. AIOU says courses appear in AAGHI after admission confirmation. www.aiou.edu.pk
What to do if an entry is missing or incorrect
First, confirm that you are comparing the same semester, course code and workshop session. Check whether the problem is missing attendance, a missing quiz mark, or a component missing from a declared result. These are more useful descriptions than saying only that your “workshop result is wrong.”
Save the evidence you genuinely have: a screenshot of the disputed entry, the assigned workshop details, and any available record of your participation or quiz submission. Include your student ID, programme, semester, course code and the affected workshop date when contacting AIOU. Keep passwords and verification codes out of screenshots and messages. An attempted login alone is not proof that AIOU recorded attendance.
For an ODL course with missing attendance or quiz marks, AIOU instructs students to contact its Directorate of Regional Services. The office checks the claim and, if valid, sends the case to the Results Section for an update. You can start through the AIOU Help Desk or contact your concerned Regional Campus, clearly identifying the missing component and attaching your evidence. AIOU does not promise a correction before it verifies the claim. www.aiou.edu.pk
For a face-to-face programme, AIOU directs students to route an application about an unclear or missing course component through their respective department. Do not assume the ODL correction route applies to your programme. www.aiou.edu.pk
Is 70% workshop attendance required?
Check the rule for your own programme and course. AIOU publishes different assessment arrangements: some programmes assess workshops through attendance and quizzes, while particular course documents specify an attendance threshold. A threshold stated for one course or for face-to-face classes cannot be applied automatically to every online workshop. Review your programme’s current assessment information or ask your department or Regional Campus how the displayed entry affects your course. aiou.edu.pk
A low or missing percentage should be treated as a record to verify and, where justified, report. Do not assume it is a temporary system test or that it will change automatically.
