Information to Include in a Takedown Notice
To help us review a copyright request properly, please provide the following information:

Clearly identify the original work that you believe is protected by copyright. - The exact AIOUTutor.pk URL

Submitting this information does not by itself establish that a particular claim falls under U.S. DMCA procedures or that AIOUTutor.pk qualifies for any specific DMCA safe-harbor protection.

Do not send incomplete requests such as “remove my content” without identifying the original work and the specific AIOUTutor.pk page involved. Detailed information helps us review the request accurately.
What Happens After We Receive a Request
When we receive a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, we may:
- review the identified page and material;
- check the URL and source information provided;
- request additional information when the complaint is unclear or incomplete;
- remove, restrict or replace material where appropriate;
- correct an attribution or link where that resolves the issue;
- contact the person who submitted the request.
A complaint does not automatically mean that material will be removed. The circumstances of the use, the ownership information provided and any relevant legal considerations may need to be reviewed first.
We do not promise a fixed removal period because some requests require additional information or verification.
Counter-Notifications and Disputed Claims
If material is removed following a copyright complaint and another party believes the removal was made in error, that party may contact us with supporting information explaining the dispute.
Formal counter-notification procedures under U.S. DMCA law have specific legal requirements and apply in particular circumstances. AIOUTutor.pk does not represent on this page that every copyright dispute submitted to the website is governed by those procedures.
Anyone considering a formal DMCA counter-notification should review the current Section 512 information published by the U.S. Copyright Office or obtain appropriate legal advice.
Misidentification and False Claims
Please submit copyright complaints carefully and accurately.
Do not knowingly identify material as infringing if you do not own the relevant rights or are not authorized to act for the copyright owner.
A disagreement with an article, an unfavorable mention, a broken external link or an incorrect fact is not automatically a copyright issue. Those concerns should normally be submitted through our Contact Us page.
AIOU and Third-Party Material
AIOUTutor.pk may refer to or link to information originating from Allama Iqbal Open University, official AIOU portals, government websites and other external sources.
Such references or links do not transfer ownership of third-party material to AIOUTutor.pk.
Where third-party material is used or referenced, the relevant rights remain with their respective owners.
Students should also remember that an external document may be changed, moved or removed by the website that originally published it.

Original articles, explanations, page layouts, graphics and other material created specifically for AIOUTutor.pk may be protected by applicable copyright law.
