for the applicable registration notice. Existing tutors can use the Tutor Management System to sign in. Students who need workshops or online assignment submission should use AAGHI LMS instead. These are different services.

Registration status, checked 24 September 2026: AIOU’s Jobs page lists e-registration for part-time tutors or resource persons, but the listing alone does not confirm that new applications are being accepted today. The separate tutor-registration portal did not load during this check. Confirm the current notice and whether sign-up is available before preparing a payment or submitting an application.

How to check tutor e-registration

AIOU says tutor e-registration drives are advertised on its website and in newspapers. Candidates must follow the criteria and application method in the relevant advertisement. That matters more than a date or fee repeated on an older guide.

  1. Open the official AIOU Jobs page and find e-Registration for Part-time Tutors or Resource Persons.
  2. Read the linked notice for eligibility, application dates, required information and payment instructions.
  3. Use the AIOU tutor e-registration address given for that process. Check that the address ends in aiou.edu.pk before entering personal information.
  4. Complete only the steps shown by the current notice and working portal. Keep a copy of any application acknowledgement.

Do not pay a fee based solely on an old screenshot, challan or article. An official AIOU tutor-registration FAQ available in search describes an earlier process, but its date and current applicability could not be confirmed during this review. Likewise, this page cannot confirm a 2026 closing date or promise that the sign-up screen is presently open.

For eligibility and advertisement updates, see our separate AIOU tutor jobs guide and the Jobs archive. Check any date or payment detail there against AIOU’s current notice before acting.

How existing tutors sign in

The Tutor Management System currently displays fields for CNIC, password and semester. Enter the credentials for your tutor account and select the semester relevant to your assigned work. The sign-in page does not, by itself, show that you have received a new course allocation.

If you have forgotten your password, use its official password-recovery page. It asks for your registered email address. If you no longer know that email, the page directs you to your concerned regional office. Do not use student AAGHI LMS password instructions to reset this tutor account.

Registered, but no course has been assigned?

AIOU distinguishes tutor registration from course allocation. Its FAQ says allocation is made according to its grading and merit process, and the concerned regional campus sends an SMS when a course is allotted. If you need to check your registration status, contact that regional campus. Registering does not guarantee an immediate assignment.

If you are already working as a tutor and need to submit a payment claim, use the separate tutorship-bill guide as a starting point. Confirm the relevant billing instructions in your AIOU account or with your regional campus before submitting a claim.

If you are a student looking for your tutor

You do not need to apply for tutorship to find the teacher assigned to your course. AIOU says students can check tutor details under Academic Record in their CMS account. If no tutor appears, the concerned regional campus can advise you on the allocation. Our guide to finding your assigned AIOU tutor covers that task separately.

For online workshops and applicable assignment submissions, go to AAGHI LMS and follow the university’s instructions for your programme. The AAGHI LMS login guide
