Students looking for the AIOU Autumn 2026 workshop schedule should check their AAGHI LMS account for the schedule assigned to their programme and course. AIOU states that workshop schedules are uploaded to students’ LMS accounts and are also published through its official Workshop Information section when available.
At present, AIOU’s public Workshop Information page displays Spring 2026 ODL, face-to-face and programme summary schedules, followed by a notice that no additional schedule is available there. It does not currently provide one centralized Autumn 2026 timetable covering all programmes.
The AAGHI LMS homepage, however, already provides an Autumn 2026 Face to Face Programs option. Students should therefore use the official LMS rather than relying on an unofficial timetable that claims the same dates apply to every AIOU student.
Is the AIOU Autumn 2026 Workshop Schedule Available?
There is currently no single public Autumn 2026 workshop table for all AIOU programmes on the university’s Workshop Information page.
This matters because workshop arrangements can differ according to programme, study mode, course and student group. A date shown for one programme should not be treated as the schedule for another.
AIOU’s current AAGHI page distinguishes between online ODL workshop access and face-to-face programmes. It also tells students and resource persons attending online workshops to join through the workshop links provided inside AAGHI LMS. Separate workshop links can be provided for different workshop days.

If an Autumn 2026 programme-specific schedule is published there later, students should follow that official document rather than an older Spring or Autumn schedule.
How to Check the Autumn 2026 Workshop Schedule on AAGHI LMS
AIOU specifically advises students to check their AAGHI LMS accounts regularly for workshop schedules.
Use these steps:
- Open the official AAGHI LMS website.
- Choose the portal relevant to your programme and semester.
- Sign in with the LMS credentials issued by AIOU.
- Open your relevant course or workshop section.
- Check the workshop information and links shown for your course.
- Attend through the workshop link assigned for the relevant day if your workshop is being conducted online.
The current AAGHI landing page already includes Autumn 2026 Face to Face Programs, while its online ODL section still displays earlier semester options publicly. This is another reason students should not assume that one publicly shared schedule applies to every Autumn 2026 programme.
Are Autumn 2026 Workshops Online or Face-to-Face?
There is no safe one-word answer for every AIOU student.
AIOU offers both On Distance Learning (ODL) and Face-to-Face programmes. Its Autumn 2026 prospectus section separately lists programme documents for categories such as Associate Degree Face-to-Face and ODL programmes, BS Face-to-Face and BS ODL programmes, along with B.Ed and postgraduate programmes.
Students should therefore confirm the mode attached to their own programme and course.
For online workshops, AAGHI tells students to use the workshop link available inside LMS.
For relevant face-to-face arrangements, particularly Teaching Practice courses, AIOU advises students to check the Workshop Information section and contact their respective Regional Campus when necessary.
What If You Did Not Receive a Workshop SMS?
Do not wait for an SMS before checking your schedule.
AIOU’s official FAQ states that students should regularly check their LMS accounts during the study period. Workshop information can also be made available through the university website.
So if no message arrives:
- sign in to AAGHI LMS and check your course;
- check the official Workshop Information page;
- verify that you are looking at the correct semester;
- contact your Regional Campus if your relevant face-to-face schedule is still unavailable.
AIOU also says LMS credentials are generally sent before the study period. Students who have not received their LMS credentials can contact the concerned Regional Campus.
Do Not Use Spring 2026 Dates as Autumn 2026 Dates
The official Workshop Information page currently displays several Spring 2026 schedule links. Those schedules should not be copied or treated as Autumn 2026 dates.
Similarly, AIOU’s general Academic Calendar provides semester study periods, but a study period is not the same thing as an individual student’s workshop timetable. For example, the calendar separately describes ODL and face-to-face academic periods. Students still need their applicable workshop schedule from AAGHI or an official programme-specific arrangement.
If Your Workshop Is Missing From AAGHI LMS
First make sure your admission and LMS access are active. AIOU says courses are updated on AAGHI after admission is confirmed.
If your expected workshop information still does not appear, use the official Workshop Information page and contact the Regional Campus responsible for your area where appropriate.
