AIOU lists Wrong Dispatch of Books and Change of Books as separate downloads. It also publishes a separate procedure for changing an enrolled course. Choose your route from the confirmed course record, not from the title of a form alone. aiou.edu.pk
Compare the books with your enrollment
Sign in to AIOU Enrollment CMS and note the programme, semester and confirmed course codes. Then check the code printed on each book in the packet. Write down:
- The course code you are enrolled in
- The code on any book received in its place
- Any enrolled course code for which no book arrived
- The books that did arrive in the same packet
Keep the parcel packaging and any mailing details while the issue is open. This record will help you describe the error precisely. First make sure a printed packet applies to your programme. AIOU’s tracking guide identifies the programmes covered by printed-book tracking and directs students in other named programmes to digital books. A missing PDF and a missing printed book are different problems. www.aiou.edu.pk
Your enrollment is correct, but AIOU sent the wrong book
Use the official Application for Wrong Dispatch of Books if the course shown in your confirmed enrollment is correct but the book sent for it carries another course code. Identify both codes clearly when describing the problem.
Open the PDF from AIOU’s downloads page and follow the instructions printed on the current form. Read those instructions before returning a book, attaching documents or posting an application. Do not send the parcel to an address copied from an older article without confirming it on the form or with AIOU. The official downloads page lists this as its own application, distinct from the Undelivered Books form. aiou.edu.pk
The AIOU Books Not Received guide is useful if you are still establishing whether a packet was dispatched. A packet that arrived with the wrong book calls for a description of the contents, not a claim that the whole parcel was undelivered.
One course book is missing from a packet that arrived
A partial packet is not automatically the same as a wrong-book substitution. Check that the missing course appears in your enrollment and that you have accounted for every book received. Then give AIOU the programme, semester, missing course code and received-book codes through its Help Desk. Include the relevant mailing details if CMS shows them.
Ask which request AIOU wants for that specific partial delivery. The separate Wrong Dispatch and Undelivered Books form titles do not establish that either form covers every missing item inside a delivered packet. The course in your enrollment is wrong
If CMS itself lists the unwanted course code, correct the enrollment issue first. AIOU’s Procedure for Course Change describes a request through Enrollment CMS. It directs students to create a Student Service Request, identify the course codes involved and complete the specified fee-voucher and upload steps. Do not request a replacement book for a different course and assume that your registration will change with it. Confirm the revised enrollment record before asking AIOU which study material should be supplied.
