Before downloading or starting your assignment:
- Open the official AIOU Assignment Question Papers page.
- Find Semester Autumn 2026.
- Choose the programme group that includes your programme.
- Search for your exact course code.
- Open the available question paper.
- Check the course code, course title and semester on the paper.
- Confirm which assignment number or questions apply before writing your answers.
This semester check matters because the AIOU website also retains question-paper collections for earlier semesters, including Autumn 2025 and Spring 2026.

Question Papers Are Not Solved Assignments
An assignment question paper contains the questions issued for a course. It is not the same thing as a solved assignment.
Download and read the official question paper first. If you later need study or answer-writing material, use the separate AIOU Solved Assignments page.
Students should also avoid using an older solved assignment as a substitute for checking the current Autumn 2026 questions. Course content or assignment questions may differ between semesters.
Check the Assignment Number Carefully
Some courses require more than one assignment. Before preparing a file for submission, check whether the official paper contains Assignment No. 1, Assignment No. 2 or another applicable part.
Do not decide this from the course code alone. The downloaded question paper is the document that should be checked for the questions applicable to your course and semester.

For programmes that submit assignments through LMS, follow the instructions applicable to your programme rather than assuming every AIOU student uses the same submission method. AIOU’s published assignment instructions for higher programmes state that applicable typed assignments are uploaded in Word or PDF format through LMS by the due date.
